This library contains functions to read and write "dirfile" format data files.
This format is used by several experiments (BOOMERanG, BLAST, etc) and can be
read and displayed natively by the kst program.

NOTE: This library's functionality has been superceded by the the getdata library,
which you can download from http://getdata.sourceforge.net/
