MADmap as a library of time domain functions

MADmap is written in C and built upon modular functions. There are four source files distribed with MADmap:

NMatrixMult.c
ccPCG.c
generalTools.c
MADmap.c

The time stream manipulations are in the file called NMatrixMult.c One of the main tools this provides is the ability to mulitiply a vector by the noise correlation matrix or its inverse. There are other functions which may be of interest as well. All functions start with a long comment describing their operation. There are man pages for the following three functions which are most useful:

NMatrixMult()
invNMatrixMult()
filterVector()
